Details
Compact design and reasonable structure. The machine is equipped with an internal grading mechanism to grind
and grade at the same time, so as to reduce energy consumption. The machine is equipped with fan, which can dissipate heat
continuously. It is suitable for grinding thermal sensitive
materials. Strong adaptability and narrow particle size distribution. The particle size of the product is uniform, and the fineness can
reach 80-320 mesh.
By adjusting the speed or air volume of the classifier without
stopping the machine, the uniformly distributed products with the
required particle size can be obtained. The top cover of the main engine shall be opened with pneumatic
spring, and the structure of the fuselage shall enable it to be
opened to both sides, so as not to encounter obstacles when
cleaning and repairing internal parts. The main grinding parts are made of high-grade alloy tool steel,
which greatly prolongs the service life or replacement cycle of
vulnerable parts. The bearing system adopts high-speed and precision bearings
imported from abroad, with stable operation, low vibration and
noise. The pipeline adopts quick disassembly structure, which is fast and
convenient for disassembly and cleaning. Equipped with cyclone separator and collector, powder will not fly
in the production process. The dust collection bag can effectively collect the fine powder in
the air flow and meet the clean and environmental protection
requirements of waste gas emission. The fine powder collected by the dust bag can be effectively
recycled. Thus, the material loss is reduced.
