Information
1. The single wall corrugated pipe machine uses PVC, PP and PE as
raw materials to produce single wall corrugated pipes for
protective wires.
2. The inside and outside of the product are smooth and uniform
through the corresponding mold and setting machine.
3. Product application: cable threading pipe, washing machine
drainage pipe, vacuum pipe, ventilation drainage pipe, etc.
Advantages
Plastic bellows are widely used in our daily life, such as threaded
pipe, drainage pipe, pipe, stone sand pipe, shrinkage pipe, etc. Plastic bellows has many advantages:
1. Compared with flat pipe, bellows has the advantages of light
weight, material saving, low energy consumption and low price;
2. Corrugated pipe with smooth inner wall can reduce the flow
resistance of liquid in the pipe and improve the conveying
capacity;
3. Good chemical corrosion resistance and can resist the influence
of alkali in soil.
Features
(1) Screw:
It is the key component to complete plastic transportation and
plasticization. Due to rotation, it pushes the plastic forward, so as to achieve
the purpose of compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization. The thread is composed of different functional sections to achieve
better conveying, compaction, mixing, plasticizing effect and high
yield. The screw material is made of high-quality nitriding steel
(38CrMoAlA) through finishing, nitriding and grinding. Corrosion resistance, wear resistance and long service life. (PLA filament extruder)
(2) Barrel:
The barrel is made of nitrided steel. After nitriding treatment, the inner hole has higher hardness,
better wear resistance and certain corrosion resistance. There are five groups of heaters on the outer surface of the
cylinder. Heat is transferred from the barrel to the plastic to melt and
plasticize the plastic. There are five temperature measuring points at each part of the
cylinder, which can be automatically controlled within the plastic
processing temperature range. The fifth heating area of the cylinder is provided with air
circulation cooling, which can accelerate the cylinder cooling and

(3) Head flange joint:
It is a part connecting the head and the cylinder, which is heated
by the heating ring to prevent the molten plastic from cooling.

(4) Transmission system:
The transmission system is to make the screw rotate evenly with the
necessary torque under the selected process conditions, so as to
complete the plasticization and transportation of plastic by the
screw. In order to meet the production requirements of various
specifications of plastic products, the screw should have different
speeds. The machine adopts variable frequency motor to drive the gearbox
directly through the coupling, and adopts governor to realize speed
regulation. The screw speed can be read directly through the
