PE / PP regeneration granulator is a special equipment for PE-PP film regeneration and granulation. It is equipped with equipment that can pre compact the film into smaller particles and then conveniently send them into the screw barrel of the extruder. It has high efficiency, can improve the production capacity and save labor cost.

It has two vacuum exhaust ports on the barrel of the extruder, which can fully discharge the moisture in the material, so the final particle quality will be very perfect.

The end of the screw barrel is equipped with a double column rapid hydraulic non-stop screen changer, which can effectively filter the dirt in the plastic melt.

Granulation adopts water washing granulation, which is simple to operate and has good particle shape and appearance.
