Details
1. When waste plastic is supplied into the chamber of the machine,
it will be cut into smaller pieces due to the crushing function of
rotating knife and fixed knife.
2. In the crushing process, the material and container wall that
absorb a lot of heat from the friction movement of the crushed
material will enter the semi plasticized state. Due to plasticization, particles adhere to each other.
3. Spray the prepared cold water into the crushed material before
it completely sticks together. The water will evaporate rapidly and the surface temperature of the
crushed material will drop rapidly. Therefore, the crushed material will become small particles.
4. In the crushing process, by putting the colorant into the
container, it is easy to identify particles of different sizes and
color them.
Application
Agglomerator can directly recycle the waste plastic films and other
products less than 2mm wall thickness into granules. It is suitable
to agglomerate the waste products or films made of soft PVC, HDPE,
LDPE, PP and other thermo plastics. When the waste plastic is
supplied into the chamber of such machine, it will be cut into
smaller chips due to the crushing function of the rotating knife
and fixed knife. During the crushing processing, the material that
soaked up lots heat from the frictional movement of material being
crushing and the material will be going to become semi-plasticizing
state. The particles will stick with each other due to the function
of plasticization.
Characteristics
