Description

PVC plastic profile extrusion production line is composed of
conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum forming table, drawer, cutter,
stacking rack, etc., and cooperates with different broken profiles
and molds to produce PVC door and window profiles, foamed profiles,
decorative plates, profiles, porous wire plastic products, etc....
Features
PVC profile has the characteristics of sound insulation, sound
absorption, heat insulation and thermal insulation. The material is
non combustible and safe to use.
All series of products have the characteristics of moisture-proof,
mildew proof, waterproof and good anti vibration effect. All series of products have weather resistance, lasting luster and
are not easy to aging. The product has the advantages of light weight, convenient storage
and transportation and convenient construction. This product can be used with common tools made of wooden
materials. Drilling, sawing, nails, planing and bonding can be carried out
like wood materials. It is suitable for hot forming, hot bending and folding. It can be welded or bonded with other PVC materials. This product has smooth surface and can be printed. (clean the surface before printing)
