Advantages

1. High quality 38CrMoAlA screws are used for nitriding treatment.

3. The nitriding depth of the feed hopper is 0.5 ~ 0.7mm, the hardness (HV) is more than 950, and the roughness of the inner wall RA ≤ 1.6 mm.

4. It adopts high-quality reduction box body, helical gear transmission, nitriding and polishing. The gear material of the distribution box is treated with 38CrMoAlA nitriding, and the shaft is made of 40Cr material. The thrust bearing in Harbin operates stably.

5. Main motor power: 18.5kw, production capacity: 120kg / h.

6. Roller cooling mode: air cooling. Cast aluminum heating ring is adopted.
