The 3D printer filament production line can be heated to 400 ℃,

The filament production line of 3D printer is controlled by
temperature control system and closed-loop feedback function, and
the accuracy tolerance can be controlled within ± 0.02mm.
The 3D printer filament production line has an on-line laser
detector and an on-line storage system to ensure that it will not
stop when replacing the spool.

FLD35A 3D printer filament extrusion production line can produce 3D
printer filaments of TPU, PLA, ABS, PETG, PC, PA, hips and other
materials.
The 3D printer filament extrusion production line adopts a single
screw extruder with specific compression ratio, which can be used
for various raw materials. The production line adopts PLC control
system, and the filament accuracy is automatically controlled
through PID closed loop.
