Production process

Detailed Process

First step, raw material mixing: pvc, fillers, stabilizers, plasticizers, vulcanizers and other auxiliary materials are added to the high-speed mixer according to the proportion and process, and the materials are heated to the set point by self-friction between the materials and the machine. Set the process temperature, and then use the cold mixer to reduce the material to 40-50oc; in this way, it can be added to the hopper of the extruder.

The second step, the extruder part: this machine is equipped with a quantitative feeding device, so that the extrusion volume can be matched with the feeding volume and ensure the stable extrusion of the product. Due to the characteristics of the conical screw, the feeding section has a larger diameter, and the heat transfer area and shear speed of the material are relatively large, which is conducive to the plasticization of the material. The small screw diameter in the metering section reduces the heat transfer area and the melt The high shear speed enables the melt to be extruded at a lower temperature. When the screw rotates in the barrel, it plasticizes the PVC mixture and pushes it to the head to achieve compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization; and to achieve the purpose of exhaust and dehydration. The feeding device and screw drive device adopt frequency conversion speed regulation, which can realize synchronous speed regulation.

The third step, the extrusion die head part: the pvc that has been compacted, melted, mixed and homogenized, and the subsequent materials are pushed to the die head by the screw. The extrusion die head is a key part of sheet molding, and the die head can be realized Manual adjustment of sheet thickness.

The fourth step, the embossing machine part: send the material just coming out of the die to the press roller, and the pattern on the roller is automatically pressed on the surface of the product through the rotation of the embossing roller to form a pattern.

The fifth step, the tile forming machine part: the aluminum module is used for traction, and the sheet is automatically drawn out from the machine head, and the shape of the aluminum module is automatically formed and the shape is cooled by a fan. Frequency.

The sixth step, the automatic cutting machine part: after the wave counter is controlled according to the required wave number, the automatic cutting is carried out, and the flow production is implemented to complete the whole cutting process. During the cutting process, it is synchronized with the operation of the sheet. The cutting process is electric And pneumatic drive is completed, the shearing machine is equipped with a dust suction device.
